We know stepping into a new environment and trusting someone with your child can feel overwhelming, and we don’t take that responsibility lightly. This page will walk you through what to expect so you can feel confident and your kids can jump right into the fun.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Registration

First we'll need to get your family registered in our database.  This tells us who you are and how to best care for you!  We'll collect basic demographic information as well as any allergies or special medical notes you may need to share about your child.

Pre-Register for Sunday!

Check-In & Drop Off

Once you're registered, head to a check-in kiosk. Tap Start, enter the phone number you used at registration, select your family, select each child, tap 'Next'. Your labels will print automatically—each child gets a name label and their room receives the matching note tag. You’ll also get a parent pickup tag, so keep it handy.

After check-in, a volunteer will happily guide you to your child’s classroom.

Pick-Up

Once service ends or your Bible Study Group wraps up, head back to the Kids Ministry area for pickup. Please bring your pickup tag—it's our way of ensuring every child is released safely to the right grown-up. Simply show your tag to your child’s leader, and they’ll reunite you with your child.
